A HRA Centre Health Education Seminar / Hosted by Greater China Partners Jessica Chan & Alex Doo / Backed by an International Scientific Advisory Panel / Free to Attend

Why this topic, and why now

Your body has always had a repair system. It just gets quieter with time.

Every tissue you have is maintained by a small population of cells whose entire purpose is renewal. They are called stem cells, and they do two things nothing else in the body can do. They copy themselves, and they become whatever specialised cell the body is short of.

That system does not switch off as we age. It slows. The reserve shrinks, renewal takes longer, and the body’s ability to repair itself gradually stops keeping pace with the demands placed on it. Researchers now treat that decline as one of the central mechanisms of ageing itself.

Which is why regenerative science has become one of the most closely watched fields in medicine, and also one of the most confidently misrepresented online. This seminar is a clear, evidence-led introduction to it: what stem cells are, what they are genuinely being studied for, and what is realistic to expect today.

What you

will discover

Four things you will leave understanding

Who this evening is for

This evening is for you if:

You are curious about the science of ageing and want a clear explanation rather than a sales pitch.

You already invest in preventive health and want to understand cellular approaches properly before considering them.

You are looking into options on behalf of a family member and want reliable ground to stand on.

You work in health, wellness, or nutrition and want an accessible briefing on where regenerative science stands today.

No medical background is needed. Everything is explained from first principles.

Who is hosting

A centre built on understanding your health, not guessing at it

For years, HRA Centre has worked from a single principle it calls Personal Health Risk Management: good health decisions begin with understanding, not guesswork. As an assessment-led health science centre, its regenerative science programme, ReNuStem, is supported by an international scientific advisory panel whose members include Professor Li Rong of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Professor Chen Mingzhe, former Dean of Peking University Third Hospital, and Professor Xu Qunyuan, former President of Capital Medical University.

That programme sits within a group with deep roots in Hong Kong health education—spanning 35 years, more than 60 international awards, and Superbrand recognition.

We are not here to sell you anything from a stage. We are here because the questions people ask about this subject deserve better answers than the internet is giving them.
